Ordering & payment

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with the express payment options shown at checkout. The full list of available payment methods is always displayed on the checkout page.

Is checkout secure? Yes. Payments are handled by trusted, secure payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

Can I change or cancel my order? If your order has not been dispatched yet, email support@paslas.com as soon as possible with your order number and we will do our best to help. Once an order has been dispatched, it is covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Delivery

Where do you ship? Besides the UK, we also ship to most countries in the world.

How much does delivery cost? UK delivery is free on orders over £40. Below that, standard UK delivery is £3.99. International rates and thresholds are set out in our Shipping Policy, and the exact charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.

How long will my order take? Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, UK delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, and international delivery 7–15 business days. You will receive tracking by email. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Will I get tracking? Yes — we will email you tracking once your order is on its way.

Returns & exchanges

What is your returns policy? You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return unworn items in their original condition. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

How do I return something? Email support@paslas.com with your order number and we will send you return instructions.

Who pays for return postage? The cost of return postage is covered by the customer, except where an item is faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

When will I get my refund? Within 5–10 business days of us receiving and checking your return, to your original payment method.

Do you offer exchanges? The simplest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order. Email us and we will help.

Products & sizing

How do I find my size? There is a size guide on each product page. If you are unsure, email us your measurements and we will gladly advise.

Where are your products made? The country of origin is shown on the product page where available.

How do I care for my pieces? Care instructions are listed on each product page and on the garment label.
