Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not quite right, here is exactly how returns and refunds work at Aldridge & Hart.

Our 30-day returns window

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

Condition of returns

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • unworn and unused, in their original condition;
  • with all tags and labels still attached;
  • in their original packaging.

Items we cannot accept

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of pierced jewellery, or underwear, swimwear and hosiery where the hygiene seal or tag has been removed. Gift cards are non-refundable. None of this applies if the item is faulty — faulty items can always be returned.

How to return an item

  1. Email support@paslas.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
  2. We will reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
  3. Pack the item securely. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost on their way back to us.

Unless an item is faulty or was sent in error, return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few extra days for the funds to appear in your account. Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except where you are exercising your statutory cancellation rights or the item is faulty.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return postage you pay. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange is to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you would like. If you need a hand, just email us and we will sort it together.
