Shipping Policy

At Aldridge & Hart, we believe considered fashion deserves considered delivery. Here is everything you need to know about how, when and where we ship.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order, and a second email containing your tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Where we ship

We ship throughout the United Kingdom and to most countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico and much of Europe.

Tracking your order

Every order is fully tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also follow your parcel at any time on our Track Your Order page using your order number and email address.

Delays

Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery is in their hands and occasional delays can happen — particularly during busy seasonal periods. If your order is running late, email support@paslas.com and we will chase it for you.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to amend it.

If your order has not arrived

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the end of the estimated delivery window, please email us and we will investigate with the carrier and put it right.
