Shipping policy

At Aldridge & Hart, we believe considered fashion deserves considered delivery. Here is everything you need to know about how, when and where we ship.

Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order, and a second email containing your tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Where we ship
We ship throughout the United Kingdom and to most countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and much of Europe.

Delivery times (estimated from dispatch)
- United Kingdom: 7–12 business days (10–15 during peak periods such as Christmas and major sale events)
- United States, Canada, Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
- Rest of world: 7–15 business days

Shipping costs & free delivery
Free delivery on all orders over £40 (or your local equivalent). For orders under £40, a standard shipping fee applies, shown at checkout before you pay:
- United Kingdom: £3.99
- United States: £5.49
- Canada: £5.99
- Australia: £4.99
- New Zealand: £5.49
- Rest of world: £5.99
All orders are processed in GBP; your bank or payment provider converts to your local currency at checkout. The exact charge is always displayed before you pay.

Tracking your order
Every order is fully tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email.

If your order has not arrived
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the end of the estimated delivery window, please email support@paslas.com and we will investigate with the carrier and put it right.
